At CLA Romania, we're looking for a driven
Manager HR & Payroll Services
to join our team and play a key role in delivering high-quality payroll services to our clients. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic, international environment, collaborating with experts across various business lines and industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of 5-6 Consultants;
  • Accurate and timely payroll data input and payroll calculation;
  • Help develop syniergies with other departments and grow the HR &Payroll Service practice;
  • Preparation of payroll reports and payroll related returns;
  • Liaising with labour and tax authorities on behalf of the clients;
  • Providing support on payroll and HR related matters;
  • On-boarding of new clients in the payroll system;
  • Providing payroll and HR legal updates;
  • Liaising with clients on solving payroll related issues and risks;

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in a payroll role within professional services is a must.
  • Strong command of the English language, both written and spoken.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and the ability to work with deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills across all levels of business.
  • Experience with DP Payroll platform is a plus.
