Are you a strategic, results-driven commercial leader ready to take charge of key pharmacy chains and wholesalers in Romania and Moldova? We are looking for an experienced
Key Accounts & Wholesalers Lead
to spearhead our sales initiatives, develop winning business strategies, and lead a dynamic team toward exceptional growth.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage commercial activities for the largest and most strategic pharmacy chains and wholesalers across Romania and Moldova.
  • Develop and implement innovative, customer-focused omnichannel sales strategies that boost top-line growth and market share.
  • Oversee your team's performance, providing coaching and career development to empower your Key Account Managers.
  • Lead senior-level strategic meetings, fostering strong partnerships and aligning business objectives.
  • Drive annual and quarterly business planning, forecasting, and tracking to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • collaborate cross-functionally to align on brand strategies and deliver outstanding business results.
  • Manage third-party partnerships, ensuring optimal distribution and inventory control.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and uphold high standards of professional integrity.

What We're Looking For

  • University degree in Business or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in senior commercial roles within multinational companies.
  • Strong strategic agility — translating customer needs into impactful long-term business strategies.
  • Excellent decision-making skills in complex and evolving environments.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in market data analysis and financial acumen to optimize P&L and develop business plans.
  • Fluent in the local language and upper-intermediate English proficiency.
