Are you ready to lead commercial success across Romania and Moldova by managing key accounts and wholesale channels? We are looking for a dynamic
Key Account Management and Wholesale Lead
to spearhead strategic operations, drive profitable growth, and foster a high-performance culture within our organization.
Your Role
As the Key Account Management and Wholesale Lead, you will oversee all commercial activities within Romania and Moldova, focusing on maximizing profitability and market share in the pharmaceutical FMCG sector. You will lead a talented team of Key Account Managers, coordinate cross-functional initiatives, and drive strategic partnerships aligned with the company's long-term vision.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver financial targets by implementing strategic and profitable omnichannel sales initiatives.
- Develop and execute seamless omnichannel sales strategies in collaboration with key stakeholders to meet customer needs and market trends.
- Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing Key Account Management team, coaching them for personal and professional growth.
- Manage dependencies and relationships between wholesalers and pharmacies.
- Lead senior-level strategic customer engagements to align on long-term business goals.
- Innovate and implement customer-specific market strategies that deliver both short- and long-term results.
- Oversee annual and quarterly business planning and forecasting processes, working closely with internal partners.
- Monitor distribution and stock levels to ensure business objectives are met.
- Collaborate across functions to drive brand strategies and overall business success.
- Set performance objectives and evaluate third-party partners to ensure alignment with company goals.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats.
- Manage budgets in line with strategic priorities and financial targets.
What We're Looking For
- University degree in Business or related field; Master's preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of senior commercial experience in multinational companies.
- Strong strategic agility with ability to translate customer insights into long-term strategies.
- Excellent decision-making skills in complex and ambiguous situations.
- Proven ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Financial acumen with knowledge of P&L optimization and business planning.
- Fluent in local language and upper-intermediate English proficiency.
