Job description

Role Location: Transylvania, Romania

Responsibilities:

  • Present and promote products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers.
  • Deal with customers complaints and ensure that paying of the customer invoices is done in accordance with the terms contractually agreed.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest solutions for improvement.
  • Monitor and control inventory at each location.
  • Devise and implement sales and marketing campaigns
  • Collect data and analyze reports to inform decision-making.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep it current by updating account information regularly.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's policies and operational guidelines.
  • Contribute to the overall achievement of the company results by meeting sales and profit targets.
  • Respect the company and law safety requirements

Qualifications:

  • Medium or higher education and a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
  • Proven work experience as a sales representative
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Prioritizing,time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
  • In-depth knowledge of the local market
  • General knowledge of Romanian business environment
  • industry-specific knowledge
  • Min B2 (intermediate) level of English and Fluent Romanian
  • Customer focused
  • Drivers License B category
