Job description
Role Location: Transylvania, Romania
Responsibilities:
- Present and promote products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
- Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Learn how products work and how to troubleshoot issues with customers.
- Deal with customers complaints and ensure that paying of the customer invoices is done in accordance with the terms contractually agreed.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and suggest solutions for improvement.
- Monitor and control inventory at each location.
- Devise and implement sales and marketing campaigns
- Collect data and analyze reports to inform decision-making.
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports
- Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
- Track all sales activities in the company CRM system and keep it current by updating account information regularly.
- Ensure compliance with the company's policies and operational guidelines.
- Contribute to the overall achievement of the company results by meeting sales and profit targets.
- Respect the company and law safety requirements
Qualifications:
- Medium or higher education and a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales
- Proven work experience as a sales representative
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Familiarity with CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Prioritizing,time management and organizational skills
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
- In-depth knowledge of the local market
- General knowledge of Romanian business environment
- industry-specific knowledge
- Min B2 (intermediate) level of English and Fluent Romanian
- Customer focused
- Drivers License B category
