Therefore, a successful candidate would be responsible for:

Project management & internal communication (MS Teams).

Supplier management & negotiation (MS Teams).

Supplier communication & onboarding throughout the Jungheinrich e-Procurement process (SAP ARIBA).

Preparation and execution of electronic tenders (SAP ARIBA).

Contract management (SAP ARIBA).

Purchase order creation and follow-up (SAP R/3).

Invoice control & validation (SAP R/3).

Problem solving in day-to-day business.

Requirements for success:

Bachelor's or master's degree (Business administration, computer science or related field).

Service procurement category knowledge –ideally Professional Services and/or IT and other

Previous experience in the field of procurement.

Good MS Office skills (esp. Excel).

Ideally knowledge of SAP ARIBA and/or SAP R/3.

Very good communication skills.

Openness to working in international and interdisciplinary teams.

Willingness to learn new skills.
