For our company MATIKON TRIM, we are looking for a:

Senior Cost Controller:

Job description:

  • Responsible for the preparation and analysis of realized revenue versus budget at profit center levels per Business unit;
  • Responsible for tracking of expenses at cost center level in Business unit;
  • Responsible for the controlling review and approval of purchase requisitions.

Job responsibilities:

  • Checks and analyses data on the monthly P&L reporting lines;
  • Prepares data for weekly forecast report;
  • Prepares administrative expenses report for HQ;
  • Checks and analyses data related to sales reports;
  • Checks purchase requisitions for budget, correctness, cost centres, accounts and approves them afterwards;
  • Checks and prepares departmental budget, actual versus budget;
  • Checks operational flows, identifies any malfunctions and proposes solutions to eliminate them;
  • Carries out budgetary control, financial control of operations, management control, document control, monitoring and consumption control;
  • Proposes corrective measures, revises the budget during the financial year;
  • Analyses actual costs vs. budget and reports to cost centre managers;
  • Plans and prepares forecasts and budgets together with operational departments;
  • Prepares data for month end close;
  • Prepares regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) for management;
  • Prepares payroll costs by cost centre/category for profitability analysis at BU level.

Job requirements:

  • University degree in economical field;
  • Minimum three years of experience in automotive industry/ production;
  • Analyses, reports, financial forecasts;
  • Budget planning and control;
  • Knowledge in the use of MS Office, SAP;
  • Knowledge of English medium/advanced level;
  • Analytical and problem solving skills;
  • Communication and teamwork;
  • Efficient organisation of time;
  • Ability to work under pressure
