CUSTOMER SERVICE PROFESSIONAL WITH GERMAN

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer interactions related to service and repair orders, order confirmations, and order status updates;
  • Process standard and moderately complex quotes and orders with accuracy and efficiency;
  • Coordinate with suppliers by sending purchase orders and updating delivery timelines;
  • Perform proactive follow-ups with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth operations;
  • Collaborate with local partners and suppliers to address and resolve service-related challenges;
  • Maintain and update CRM data to ensure accurate customer and order records;
  • Register tickets for pre-sales and sales-related subprocesses to support internal workflows;
  • Provide basic administrative support for handling customer claims;
  • Serve as a back-up for colleagues during absences, ensuring continuity of service;
  • Offer support to team members and contribute to a collaborative team environment;
  • Prioritize tasks effectively and manage time to meet service deadlines;
  • Contribute to the ongoing improvement of service processes and standards.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Economics, Business, or Technical studies is a plus;
  • Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Sales-related roles;
  • Proficient in German and English;
  • Solid computer skills, including Microsoft Office; TEAMS (incl. Planner), intermediate Excel knowledge required;
  • Experience with SAP or other ERP systems is an advantage;
  • Open mindset toward process improvements and innovation;
  • Strong analytical skills and a fact-based, detail-oriented approach;
  • High level of motivation and an open, transparent communication style;
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy;
  • Good organizational skills and a proactive attitude;
  • Proven ability to work effectively as a team player;
  • Strong customer orientation and a solution-focused mindset.
