What we're looking for:

  • You feel comfortable talking to people (over the phone or face-to-face).
  • You're results-driven and eager to keep learning
  • You're confident and work well both independently and as part of a team
  • You're comfortable using basic tools (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • English is a plus.

What you'll be doing:

  • Identify purchasing opportunities and potential suppliers that fit the company's needs
  • Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and help grow our database
  • Prepare purchasing files so the marketing department has access to well-organized, accurate information
  • Work closely with experienced colleagues to build a clear, efficient purchasing strategy
  • Actively participate in negotiation and international communication activities
