. We are looking for a
Call Center Operator
to join this organisation.

Main objectives

It ensures the taking over and management of customer/patient requests, provides operational support, appointment registrations and facilitates communication with other departments, respecting internal procedures and quality standards.

Responsibilities

  • Take phone calls and manage email requests.
  • Register, modify and confirm appointments.
  • Provides accurate and relevant information on procedures, locations, staff schedules, and other frequently asked questions.
  • Transmits and verifies patient/client data in internal systems.
  • Collaborates with colleagues from other departments to solve complex requests.
  • Maintains and complies with quality and confidentiality standards in communication with customers/patients.
  • Report discrepancies or operational issues to the team leader.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of the organisation's services and procedures.
  • Correct use of internal applications and tools used to manage calls and recordings.
  • Familiarity with internal work procedures and escalation flows.
