The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as the primary point of contact for key account stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for account growth and cross-selling/up-selling.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to anticipate client needs and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to tailor solutions that align with key account goals
  • Develop a trusted advisory relationship with accounts, customer stakeholders and internal partners
  • Prepare and guarantee monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts
  • Organize and lead regular business reviews with key clients to ensure satisfaction and alignment.
  • Act as a liaison between the customer and internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions.
  • Resolve conflicts and provide solutions to customers in a timely manner.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for each account and report on progress against targets.
  • Maintain accurate account records and document all client interactions in the systems.
  • Develop and present customized performance reports and strategic plans to stakeholders.
  • Participate in strategic planning sessions to align account strategies with company goals.
  • Represent the voice of the customer in internal meetings and product development discussions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
  • 3+ years' of relevant work experience
  • Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
