We are looking for a **Sales Manager** to handle our day-to-day sales activities and help us grow steadily. In this role, you will work independently on prospecting, building client relationships, and closing deals, while reporting directly to the company director.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Develop and follow sales plans to meet targets

* Identify and approach new clients

* Maintain relationships with existing customers

* Negotiate contracts and manage the sales cycle

* Share feedback and market insights with management

**Requirements**

* Experience in sales, preferably B2B or services

* Self-motivated and comfortable working without a team

* Good communication and negotiation skills

* Organized and able to manage multiple opportunities

* Familiarity with digital tools (CRM, email, LinkedIn)
