We are looking for a colleague to fill in our open positions as Senior Key Account Manager within our B2B Sales Department, with the following competencies:

  • Graduate in Engineering/Technical, Economics and/or Law with a bachelor's degree (other professional specialisation courses are an advantage);
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in energy supply and/or energy generation;
  • Sound knowledge of the specifics of energy market services and regulations;
  • Knowledge of relevant aspects of energy markets;
  • Knowledge and application of sales techniques adapted to different customer categories;
  • Sufficient technical knowledge and its appropriate application to perform tasks;
  • Good knowledge of English both written and in verbal communication;
  • Ability to identify, analyse and solve varied and complex problems;
  • Ability to develop alternatives to improve own area of responsibility (internal processes, customer service or results);
  • Ability to define objectives and develop operational plans in own area of responsibility, translating company vision and strategy into concrete directions and plans;
  • Experience of working in a constantly changing environment;
  • Ability to analyse and synthesise;
  • Organisational and planning skills;
  • Ability to work in a team;
  • Ability to work in a structured way;
  • Very good communication and presentation skills;
  • Maintain a high degree of confidentiality;

For this position the main task will be as follows:

  • Responsible for developing commercial partnerships in the segment of short-term and long-term energy supply and energy off-take with existing and prospective customers (industrial consumers and power producers);
  • Ensures compliance and implementation of the sales strategy and plan for the assigned portfolio of customers and prospects, with the aim of becoming the preferred partner for
    energy supply and energy off-take
    ;
  • Responsible for managing commercial relationships with customers for all needs related to nextE's services and products;
  • Market prospecting and
    opportunities
    development to ensure company's portfolio value increase, in terms of contracted energy
    volume
    and revenues;
  • Ensures the development of a stable partnership with clients in its portfolio, identifying their needs, renegotiating contracts, ensuring constant communication with existing clients in order to develop long term commercial relationships;
  • Identifies potential customers, understands their business model and identifies their needs in the area energy.
