We are looking for a Project Coordinator for our client in Romania - Bucharest.

Key Responsibilities

  We are looking for a skilled and proactive professional for a safety and security project role to take on the following responsibilities: 

  •  Coordinate and manage safety and security system projects from planning to execution;
  •  Collaborate with project sales representatives to design complete, functional, and optimal safety and security solutions; 
  •  Prepare project assignments, define work scope, and create investment estimates; 
  •  Support indirect sales through collaboration with electricians, system integrators, and low current designers; 
  • Monitor project implementation, track progress, and report on critical points; 
  • Communicate directly with partners and internal departments to ensure smooth project flow; 
  • Assist in commissioning systems and provide training and education to partners when needed.

Qualifications & Requirements:

 We would love to welcome someone to our team who possesses the following competencies:

  • Education in the technical direction;
  • Knowledge of safety and security systems: fire alarm, video surveillance, anti-burglary system;
  • 2-3 years of experience working with fire detection systems; 
  • P118 Fire Safety Norms knowledge is highly desirable;
  • Independence, initiative, and readiness for teamwork;
  • Strong team collaboration and well-developed communication skills;
  • Perform tasks with high accuracy and reliability;
  • Knowledge of AutoCAD - desirable but not mandatory;
  • English language at B2 level and proficiency in MS Office;
  • Category B driver's license and willingness to travel on business.
