We currently looking for Junior IT Systems Project Coordinator who join our international team which works on the project of HUB for file transfer. Our goal is to create for our clients the universal contact point, where they can share details of their orders no matter of their location. We believe this solution helps in building good customer experience. We are looking for a person who put everything on the right track. We need you to coordinate different levels of stakeholders and use your IT knowledge, especially about Systems & Network technologies.

Your mission:

• Support the definition of project deliverables and assist in creating plans, schedules, and communication strategies
• Help coordinate project teams and contribute to technical discussions
• Track progress of assigned tasks and assist in managing file exchange projects
• Ensure documentation is complete and up to date
• Monitor project changes and help communicate impacts to relevant stakeholders
• Participate in stakeholder meetings and help manage expectations
• Assist in vendor coordination and follow-up on deliverables
• Contribute to smooth project handovers and post-implementation support
• Help organize meetings, reviews, and contribute ideas for process improvements

To succeed on this position you should have following:

• Fluent English (at least B2 level) and preferably fluent Romanian
• Knowledge about IT Systems & Networks technologies
• Basic knowledge about security in IT
• Multitasking ability, feeling well in communication with people on different levels and gaining the necessary information in one place
• IT knowledge needed to project management

The role is located in Bucharest, Romania. We work in hybrid model with 2-3 days at the office per week.
