Job DescriptionAs an IT Coordinator within Coface BI, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating the implementation of a data oriented strategic application of our business intelligence platforms. You'll collaborate closely with product teams, developers, BAs, QAs and stakeholders to lead the application implementation respecting business goals and priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work with product team, architects and other program stakeholders to define the roadmap
- Facilitate end2end implementation process from business need clarification to release delivery
- Coordinate between different teams to ensure an accurate agile and "built-in-quality" implementation
- Manage risk of dependencies between strategic program streams and other Coface applications roadmap
- Address critical bottleneck and manage resource capacity
- Challenge functional and technical choices when it is needed
- Run / coordinate functional and technical studies requested by the top management to help on decision making
Profile required:
- 10+ years of experience
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field
- Experience in financial services, insurance, or compliance-driven industries
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, listening skills
- Excellent meeting facilitation, presentation, collaboration, negotiation skills with business or technical stakeholders
- Ability to make certain decisions, ability to adapt to frequent changes and unforeseen events
- Strong leadership ability, strong ability to take responsibility
- Team spirit, ability to mobilize employees
- Very good understanding of business issues
- English essential, written and oral
Coordination skills:
- Excellent ability – demonstrated – in project management
- Experience in project estimate, budget follow up and planning
- In-depth knowledge of project management processes and tools (planning, cost estimation, risk monitoring, budget monitoring, regulations, etc.)
- Ability to identify risks and opportunities, share them with key people and identify/propose mitigation actions or how to avoid them
- Excellent interpersonal, time management and problem-solving skills, and excellent organizational skills.
- Experience of networking and working with people from different departments.
Technical skills:
- Former developer
- Good technical knowledge : Java, Spring, GitLab, AWS, Temporal, Kafka, SQL, PL-SQL, Maven, Kubernetes, Jenkins, Instana, Sonar, Graphana, Kibana
- Any experience in building Data oriented application is appreciated
- Good level of technical and functional design capabilities
