QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Our Company is a leading telecommunication operator in the CEE region, Turkey, Caucasus, MiddleEast and beyond. It provides a full range of Internet/data services, infrastructure and wholesale voice services to incumbents, alternative carriers, mobile operators, cable TV companies, Internet service providers and corporate customers.

Currently we are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced person

for the following role:

Key Account Executive (with Turkish)

Location: Bucharest

Main Purpose of the Job

Realizing the sales of products and services in line with sales strategy, in order to achieve the agreed sales target and with the objective of increasing market share and profitability.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Through the collaborations that he/she initiates, ensures the fulfillment of the sales and profitability objectives;
  • Manages a base of pre-existing accounts, builds commercial relationship with decision makers to open new opportunities and generate repeated business.
  • Represents the company in relation with customers and potential customers. Negotiates prices, terms, payment conditions and other special commercial terms, within its authority level and according to internal rules;
  • Collaborates with the Technical Department to identify solutions tailored to customers needs;
  • Monitors the implementation and functionality of technical solutions before and after the signing of contracts; takes part into the implementation process of the technical solutions, together with the Technical Department;
  • Prepares the commercial offers for customers, ensures that the services respond to the specification required by customers and their needs;
  • Provide relevant information to the management team about turkish companies that are acting in Romania, market trends and competition's actions;
  • Weekly/monthly/quarterly reporting activities in connection with: the sales / targets achieved / customers visit / results after each visit;
  • Monitors the evolution of the commercial relationship following all aspects concerning the: contract terms, drafting contracts, the quality of the delivered services, resources allocation (human and logistical), credit control and other financial issues;

Required skills and competencies:

  • Bachelor / Master degree, preferably in Commerce / Economy / Telecommunication
  • Previous experince in a similar commercial role is an advantage.
  • Understanding of telco industry and products
  • Good communication skills
  • Proactive and customer focused approach
  • Problem solving skills
  • Ability to work in a team
  • User level of MS applications
  • Turkish & English (fluent level) – mandatory, Romanian (good level) - is an advantage
