About the Opportunity

We are recruiting on behalf of a dynamic company in the
tech industry
representing two major international tech brands. This is a newly created
Junior Key Account Manager
role focused on managing client accounts and driving business growth within the Romanian market.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with key clients, ensuring excellent service delivery, and supporting portfolio expansion. This role requires frequent market presence, with approximately 60% of the time spent onsite with clients and partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong client relationships within the tech retail and distribution sectors;
  • Actively engage in the field to understand client needs and market trends;
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities to expand the client portfolio;
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements;
  • Monitor account performance and provide regular updates to management;
  • Support the development and implementation of commercial strategies.

Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development (tech industry experience is a plus);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Proactive, with a client-focused mindset and willingness to work in the field regularly;
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities;
  • Fluent in English and Romanian;
  • Valid driver's license and flexibility to travel across Romania.
