We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to join our dynamic team at Ogilvy. In this role, you will support the Account Director in managing integrated marketing campaigns for our prestigious international clients.

You will gain valuable experience across a range of channels, including Above-the-Line (ATL), Below-the-Line (BTL), and Social Media, contributing to the success of global brands.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage contextual ATL projects (seasonal, promotional, or ad-hoc initiatives).
  • Coordinate the implementation of campaigns with AV and print deliverables, ensuring timelines and budgets are respected.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (creative, strategy, media, production, implementation) to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Prepare project fees and timelines.
  • Participate in status meetings and assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal and client use.
  • Prepare weekly client status reports.
  • Ensure the quality and compliance of all deliverables with brand standards and client requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with internal team members and external vendors.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in account management or a related field, preferably within an advertising agency or marketing environment.
  • Familiarity with ATL projects.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or a related field.
