Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client accounts, developing strategic plans, overseeing project timelines, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality healthcare communications. The role involves regular client interactions, coordinating with internal teams, and presenting creative concepts to clients. The Account Manager will also monitor industry trends, competitors, and market conditions to inform client strategies.

Qualifications

  • Experience in PR, account management, project management, and strategic planning
  • Ability to oversee project timelines, ensure quality control, and manage budgets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal, in Ro & En
  • Familiarity with healthcare communications, medical communication, and patient engagement programs
  • Proficiency in digital and social communication, internal communication, and media services
  • Experience in healthcare PR, consumer health advertising, and DTC & HCP communications
  • Ability to work on-site in Bucharest Metropolitan Area
  • Relevant experience in the healthcare industry and a degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is beneficial
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
