We are seeking a talented and motivated Senior Account Manager to join our dynamic team in the iGaming industry. As an Senior Account Manager, you will play a crucial role in managing relationships with our key clients and ensuring their satisfaction and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of B2B clients within the iGaming sector, building strong, lasting relationships across multiple stakeholders;
- Act as the primary point of contact for our iGaming clients, building and maintaining strong relationships with them;
- Understand and communicate the technical and commercial aspects of our products and services to clients;
- You will have extensive knowledge of the client's product suite: what do they use, what don't they use, what would they like to use and how can we support them;
- Provide support to clients and ensure that their needs are met promptly and effectively – you will identify and communicate those needs within our company;
- You will identify opportunities to up sell and cross sell to increase revenue for both parties;
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that projects are delivered on time and to specification;
- Provide regular reports and updates to clients, and to the head of account management on account status and KPIs;
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and provide guidance and advice to clients on how to leverage them to achieve their goals;
- Develop and execute account strategies to meet and exceed sales and retention targets;
- Represent the company at major iGaming conferences and events globally, showcasing our value proposition to existing and potential clients;
- Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders;
- Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts);
- Prepare reports on account status.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role in the iGaming industry, especially with casino type products;
- Solid understanding of B2C operators in the iGaming space and their business models;
- Emphatic and attentive to detail, must be comfortable and confident to engage and interact with the customers and foster good working relations;
- Resilient and ready to solve problems on the go, adjusting your strategy in different situations;
- A commercial and strategic mindset, along with a strong motivation to achieve KPIs;
- You are a tech-savvy individual with proficiency in Microsoft Suite and experienced with Jira (or similar systems);
- Ability to work independently and proactively while also valuing fruitful collaboration with the rest of the team;
- Fluency in English on a professional level (verbal and written communication);
- Strong business acumen and a results-driven mindset;
- Openness to travel for industry events and conferences as required;
- Based in Bucharest or open to relocation, with the ability to work in a hybrid environment.
