We are seeking an experienced
IT Contract Management Specialist
to oversee the full lifecycle of IT contracts. This role ensures compliance with internal policies and external regulations while supporting strategic IT procurement and vendor management. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to secure optimal IT solutions and mitigate contractual risks.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of IT contracts, including drafting, negotiation, renewal, and termination.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the central contract repository.
  • Collaborate with legal, finance, procurement, and IT teams to align contracts with business goals.
  • Review and validate contractual terms to ensure compliance with GDPR, DORA, NBR, ASF, and other relevant regulations.
  • Handle contract amendments and change requests, ensuring proper documentation and approvals.
  • Act as the
    Single Point of Contact (SPOC)
    for all IT contract-related matters.
  • Provide regular reports on contract performance, vendor compliance, and risk exposure to senior management.
  • Support internal and external audits by providing required documentation and insights.

Requirements

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Law, Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in managing IT contracts, including software licensing, cloud services, and hardware procurement.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as GDPR, DORA, ISO 27001, and financial industry standards.
  • Experience working with contract management tools is a plus.

Skills:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex terms to diverse audiences.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Results-driven, with a focus on contract performance and compliance.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
