Contract Management Specialist

We are seeking to hire a skilled Contract Management Specialist who will be responsible for managing the life cycle of contracts signed by Societe Generale, as a Service Provider, with other entities -Sociandeacute;tandeacute; Gandeacute;nandeacute;rale.

Specifically, you will be required to:

andmiddot;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Draft and process contractual amendments and schedules (during MSA, CSA, Addendum creation and validation).

andmiddot;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Identify stakeholders and ensure all relevant interests are represented;

andmiddot;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Liaise with legal counsel and senior management;

andmiddot;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Interpret legal advice and provides advisory and educational support to all participants in the contract process;

andmiddot;andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp; andnbsp;Take proper action to close out the contract in accordance with applicable BU/Service Line regulations and procedures upon contract termination/expiration;

andmiddot;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Handle all miscellaneous requests related to the process, depending on their nature;

andmiddot;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Follow up in order to obtain the necessary signatures for the contracts;

andmiddot;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Participate to process calls and client discussion;

andmiddot;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Adapt to and comply with any regulatory requirements.

andmiddot;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Customer Services knowledge (business lines /service line SG);

andmiddot;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Exposure to the main stakeholders of SG group from all over the world;

andmiddot;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Thoroughness, synthesis and analysis capability;

andmiddot;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Attention to the details;

andmiddot;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp;andnbsp; Knowledge of Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook);
