We're hiring: Commercial Contract Manager

Location: Bucharest | Global Scope | Industry: Banking & Financial Services

What you'll do:

As a
Commercial Contract Manager
, you'll be the key link between the bank and its strategic suppliers. Your mission: ensure contracts are well-managed, risks are minimized, and value is maximized.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and updating commercial contracts post-signature (renewals, amendments, governance).
  • Resolving supplier disputes and negotiating settlements.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders (Legal, Risk, Business) to align contracts with business needs.
  • Monitoring supplier performance and compliance.
  • Identifying opportunities to reduce costs and improve supplier relationships.


What we're looking for:

  • Solid experience in
    contract management
    ,
    procurement
    , or
    category management
    .
  • Exposure to
    professional services
    , ideally in
    banking or financial services
    .
  • Strong understanding of
    contractual structures
    ,
    legal terms
    , and
    commercial risk
    .
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent English (written & spoken).
