Currently we are looking for an energetic
Business Development Manager
to help us expand our portfolio and grow our business. This role is ideal for a motivated individual with a strong background in facility management who thrives in a hunter-type sales environment. As a single soldier in the field, you will be responsible for actively identifying and securing new business opportunities in facility management services.

What you´ll do:

  • Independently search for and win new business opportunities in facility management.
  • Meet potential clients, understand their needs, and offer tailored FM solutions.
  • Prepare and present service proposals, including accurate cost calculations for FM services.
  • Manage the full sales process from first contact to contract signature.
  • Keep up with industry trends and technologies in facility management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met with high-quality service delivery.
  • Report on sales activities, pipeline, and market developments.

What you bring:

  • Proven experience in business development or sales within the facility management.
  • Understanding of facility management services and solutions.
  • Ability to create calculations for FM services.
  • Technical knowledge is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • A proactive, "hunter" mindset with a passion for closing deals and growing business.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
