Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager - BPO/ SSC, located in the Bucharest Metropolitan Area. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining client relationships, and creating strategies to drive revenue growth within the BPO/ SSC sector. The role includes generating leads, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with different teams to ensure client satisfaction and service delivery. The successful candidate will also provide market insights and analysis to support business decisions and strategies.

Qualifications

  • Business Development and Client Relationship Management skills
  • Experience in the BPO/SSC sector and knowledge of industry trends
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Experience in a multinational corporate environment is beneficial
