We are a technology company that builds and manages Newpharma's digital platforms, one of Western Europe's largest and most successful networks of online pharmacies. We have beautiful offices in Timisoara and Cluj, and colleagues who work remotely from all over Romania.

We're looking for an experienced 
Senior Mobile Developer
 to join our team. You will play a crucial role in maintaining, improving, and scaling our mobile apps while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality features and enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

Application Maintenance and Enhancement

  • Ensure the stability, performance, and scalability of the 
    Newpharma
     and 
    Yoboo
     mobile applications.
  • Identify and fix bugs, optimize performance, and implement updates.

Development and Implementation

  • Design, develop, and deploy new features using 
    React Native
    .
  • Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs and ensure seamless functionality.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA teams to deliver top-notch user experiences.
  • Provide technical guidance to junior developers and ensure coding best practices are followed.

Code Quality and Standards

  • Write clean, maintainable, and reusable code.
  • Conduct code reviews to maintain high-quality standards across the team.

Technology and Tools

  • Stay updated on the latest trends and advancements in React Native and mobile development.
  • Advocate for best practices and help identify tools and technologies to improve the development process.

Qualifications

Experience
: 5+ years in mobile development, with at least 3 years using 
React Native
.

Technical Skills
:

  • Proficient in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and mobile app architectures.
  • Experience with native modules (iOS/Android) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Redux, Context API, or other state management libraries.
  • Experience integrating RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.
  • Strong understanding of app publishing processes for 
    Apple App Store
     and 
    Google Play Store
    .
  • Experience with expo would be a plus.

Tools
:

  • Proficient with version control tools (e.g., Git).
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps.

Soft Skills
:

  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach to development.

Education
: A degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred but not mandatory if complemented with relevant experience.
