Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Manager Crop Protection. The Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing crop protection strategies, managing budgets, sell to clients, coordinating with suppliers and clients, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Daily tasks include developing the distribution channel, managing portfolio and the working capital with a special focus on inventory.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in crop protection, agronomy, and agribusiness management
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting and financial analysis
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in market analysis and strategy development
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in international markets is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field
