Our Client is Expanding Globally – and hiring an International Brand and Business Developer

Role: International Brand & Business Developer, reporting to International BUM

Location: Bucharest | Hybrid (2/5)

We're looking for someone who thrives on building strategic partnerships and navigating new markets with a pioneering spirit.

What You'll Be Doing


• Exploring new global markets (Pharma)


• Actively sourcing, connecting, and engaging with potential international partners/distributors


• Representing the brand at key trade events and fairs to expand our international footprint


• Strategically aligning product portfolios to different market models and overseeing new listings


• Collaborating closely with marketing and innovation teams to bring offerings to life across borders


• Driving business development projects and spotting fresh growth opportunities


• Building strong, responsive relationships with global clients and distributors


• Co-creating Joint Business Plans (volume, visibility, placement, promotional investments) in line with commercial guidelines
