Responsibilities:

  • Optimize workflows and processes to improve productivity.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs).
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational goals.
  • Innovate solutions to enhance team performance and results.
  • Monitor and manage operational budgets to ensure cost-efficiency.
  • Manage, coach, and motivate Call Center teams to achieve collection targets.
  • Gather and analyze data to evaluate business performance and identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop and implement training programs to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
  • Prepare regular reports on operational performance and analyze data for trends and insights.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies and streamline workflows.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in a call center, debt collection, financial services, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • Knowledge of debt collection regulations and best practices
