Call Center Manager

Responsibilities:
- Optimize workflows and processes to improve productivity.
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics (KPIs).
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve operational goals.
- Innovate solutions to enhance team performance and results.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets to ensure cost-efficiency.
- Manage, coach, and motivate Call Center teams to achieve collection targets.
- Gather and analyze data to evaluate business performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Develop and implement training programs to ensure continuous improvement and adherence to best practices.
- Prepare regular reports on operational performance and analyze data for trends and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational strategies and streamline workflows.
Qualifications:
- Experience in a call center, debt collection, financial services, or related field. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
- Knowledge of debt collection regulations and best practices
