About the role:

 

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Key Account Manager trainee.

to join our Commercial team. This role combines key account support and customer insights analysis, offering exposure to both client-facing activities and internal data-driven projects. You will support the management of national & regional key accounts in Romania and contribute to commercial excellence across the CEE zone.

Key activities

Key Account Support

·       Assist in managing relationships with customers & drive specific projects (e.g. Esse check)

·       Support the preparation and follow-up of commercial documents (contracts, annexes, agreements).

·       Track and organize invoices and ensure timely documentation.

·       Coordinate with internal teams (supply chain, marketing, finance) to support account activities.

·       Help prepare materials and data for internal and client meetings.

·       Centralize and share feedback from the field team at client level.

Customer Insights & Data Analysis

·       Prepare and analyze monthly internal sales-in/sales-out (SI/SO) reports.

·       Monitor competition activities (online and offline) using internal and external data sources.

·       Identify trends and provide actionable insights to support commercial decisions.

·       Share best practices, tools, and results with the broader CEE commercial team.

Your profile:

  • Fluency in Romanian and English (both written and spoken)

  • Currently enrolled in a university program (ideally 3rd–4th year or higher)in Business, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
  • A first experience in pharma industry or FMCG sales/marketing is preferable.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel and Power Point

  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven

  • Basic understanding of data analysis concepts and tools

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

  • Detail-oriented and able to work with a high level of accuracy.
