As we are in early stage of development in Romania, we are seeking a dynamic Sales Team Manager to lead and build a team from the ground up, contributing to the foundation of our success in this new market. We see the right candidate for this position to become in future a board member of Romanian operation.

Role Overview

The Sales Team Manager will play a critical role in establishing and leading a high-performing sales team while driving business growth. We operate under a contract model, offering high commission rates and performance-driven earnings potential instead of employment contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive Growth: Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand the company's footprint in Romania.
  • Client Engagement: Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, focusing on personalized, face-to-face interactions.
  • Performance Management: Monitor team performance, provide constructive feedback, and ensure alignment with revenue targets.
  • Strategic Vision: Collaborate with senior management to shape and execute the company's expansion plans in Romania.

Qualifications

  • Proven success in sales leadership with a track record of building and managing teams.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and drive growth initiatives.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.
  • Experience in financial services is a plus but not required.
