We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Analysts Team Manager to co-lead our global team of business analysts within the Investment Banking IT department dedicated to Equity Derivatives Sales tools. This role requires a deep understanding of both investment banking processes and IT systems, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. The successful candidate will oversee the functional design, follow up the implementation and production transition of our IT solutions in close collaboration with our business partners and IT development & support teams. 

Specifically, you will be required to:

· Team Leadership and Management:

   - Lead, mentor, and develop a team of business analysts, ensuring high performance and professional growth;

   - Assign tasks, monitor progress, and provide constructive feedback to team members;

   - Conduct performance reviews and set individual and team goals.

· Project Management:

   - Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects within Equity Derivatives Sales Tools perimeter;

   - Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and budget;

   - Coordinate with project stakeholders be it front office business partners and/or partners from operations teams.

· Business Analysis:

   - Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders to gather and validate requirements;

   - Coordinate functional specifications production.

· IT Solution Development:

   - Collaborate with IT development teams to design, develop, and implement IT solutions;

   - Ensure solutions align with business objectives and regulatory requirements;

   - Oversee user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure smooth deployment of solutions.

· Stakeholder Management:

   - Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and business unit leaders;

   - Act as the primary point of contact for business analysis activities within the department;

   - Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

· Process Improvement:

   - Continuously seek opportunities to improve business analysis processes and methodologies;

   - Implement best practices and standards to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the team;

   - Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in business analysis and investment banking IT.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field;Minimum of 8 years of experience in business analysis, with at least 4 years in a leadership or management role;Strong understanding of investment banking processes and IT systems;Proven track record of successfully managing IT projects within a financial services environment;Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills;Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders;English proficiency required, French proficiency is a (big) plus;Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques;Project management certification is a plus.
