Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate office supplies (e.g. equipment, snacks), send and receive packages, administer invoices
  • Help organize the office layout/environment, arrange internal and external events (e.g. team building, employer branding)
  • Recruitment activity such as candidate search for various roles, organizing interviews, following up with candidates and similar
  • Provide administrative support to the global HR department, such as administrate new employees with HR software, issue new contracts as well as regular check-ins with the existing team
  • Other tasks tied to office administration, HR and recruitment
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience of a similar role
  • Ability to work independently and proactively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience from a fast paced and highly dynamic work environment such as a startup is a big plus
  • Fluent in Romanian
  • Highly proficient in English
  • Located in Bucharest
