Growth Marketing Specialist (Performance & Funnel Optimization)

The Role

We're looking for a curious, hands-on Growth Marketing Specialist who turns clicks into conversions: better ad performance, smoother webinar/events flows, and leads that become delighted students. With 2–3 years in growth/performance marketing, you're comfortable launching ads, tuning funnels, and iterating automations. Expect coaching where helpful — and autonomy from day one.

Bonus points:
experience in content writing and basic graphic design (e.g., compelling ad copy, polishing landing pages, simple visuals for social/posts).
What You'll Do

1) Paid Ads (Meta & Google)

  • Launch and optimize campaigns; A/B test creatives, audiences, and placements
  • Track and improve ROAS, CPA, and CTR

2) Funnels & Landing Pages

  • Operate the webinar funnel end-to-end: ad → sign-up → attendance → conversion
  • Propose and ship improvements to pages, emails, and CTAs
  • Run fast experiments to lift registration and show-up rates

3) Tracking & Analytics

  • Set up/troubleshoot GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking
  • Use UTM tagging and simple dashboards to find drop-offs and fix them

4) Email & Automation

  • Build/iterate automated reminders, follow-ups, and nurturing flows
  • Improve open rates, click rates, and lead progression

5) Reporting & Insights

  • Contribute concise, actionable takeaways in weekly reporting
  • Identify funnel friction and propose concrete solutions

6) Client Screening & Lead Quality

  • Agree with Scheduling on Ideal Client Profile criteria and the screening flow.
  • Conduct screening and scheduling when needed
  • Feed screening insights into ads, audiences, and LPs
  • Track lead quality (qualified %, no-shows) and drive fixes

Who You Are

  • Experience:
    2–3 years in performance/growth (paid ads, funnels/landing pages, CRM/email automation)
  • Guild mindset:
    you learn by doing, ask sharp questions, test, and document
  • Tool-friendly:
    spreadsheets, Ads Manager, and a basic email/CRM platform (or you learn fast)
  • Metrics-minded:
    you care about moving metrics in the right direction
  • Ownership:
    organized, proactive, accountable

Nice-to-haves (not required)

  • Background in education, B2C funnels, or fast-paced startups
  • Webinar marketing, HubSpot/Mailchimp, or Zapier
  • Content writing & light design skills (carousels, simple visuals, ad copy)
