Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Specialist, who will play a crucial role in the development of promotional strategies. As a Marketing Specialist you'll have a significant contribution in refining processes, as well as in defining the roadmap. You'll guard the high standards of delivery and report your feedback internally to all impacted team members

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promotion Management:
    Plan, execute, and manage promotions to engage customers and drive revenue growth. This includes developing promotional strategies, setting up campaigns, and ensuring they run smoothly.
  • ROI Calculation:
    Analyze and calculate the ROI for each promotion to ensure effectiveness and profitability. Provide detailed reports and insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Market Analysis:
    Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities. Use this data to inform promotion strategies.
  • Budget Management:
    Track spending and adjust strategies as necessary to stay within budget.
  • Performance Tracking:
    Monitor and evaluate the performance of promotions using key performance indicators (KPIs). Provide regular reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 1 year of experience in the iGaming industry, specifically in managing promotions.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Analytical Skills:
    Strong analytical skills with experience in calculating and interpreting ROI.
  • Communication Skills:
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creativity:
    Ability to develop innovative promotion ideas that capture the target audience's interest.
  • Attention to Detail:
    High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Team Player:
    Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate with various departments.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms, as well as MS Office Suite (especially Excel).
