We're looking for a Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of experience to join a fast-growing tech company expanding its presence in the Romanian market ( AFI Cotroceni).

Responsibilities


• Manage and run paid advertising campaigns;


• Use tools like Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager or SEMrush to track and enhance campaign performance;


• Create engaging and attractive content for social media;


• Administer and maintain company social media accounts;


• Drive growth in engagement across platforms;


• Extract and analyze data to inform decisions and strategies.


• Produce regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations;


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business goals;

Qualifications


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on paid media and performance campaigns;


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field;


• Fluency in English;


• Solid knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and analytics tools;


• Experience with GA4, Tag Manager and marketing automation tools;


• Proven track record in campaign management and optimization;


• Strong analytical and data interpretation skills;


• Passion for digital technologies, smart city solutions, and innovation;


• Positive attitude, adaptability, and collaborative mindset.
