Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Marketing Specialist, located in Bucharest. The Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and supporting sales initiatives. Daily tasks will include creating marketing materials, managing communication efforts (from SM to website, newsletter & events). The role will require close collaboration with various departments to promote our development programs effectively.

  • Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Experience in Marketing Strategy and Market Research
  • Sales skills
  • Excellent organizational and project management abilities
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, is a plus
  • Experience in the training and development industry is a plus
