Supply Chain Consulting, Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive GTM (Go-to-Market) Assistant to support our Supply Chain service line. This role provides critical operational, strategic, and communication support to client-facing leaders and industry experts. The Growth Specialist will work closely with account managers, business development teams, and marketing partners to ensure seamless execution of growth initiatives, stakeholder engagement, and market positioning. This position is ideal for someone with strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and a passion for enabling business success in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Responsibilities

  • Support account management, including tracking and following up on action items.
  • Assist with stakeholder mapping and outreach, ensuring clear and consistent messaging.
  • Prepare executive-level presentations, reports, and communication materials.
  • Assist with pipeline management and reporting.
  • Support white space planning per account to identify growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the business development team on stakeholder outreach, messaging, and follow-up activities.
  • Provide support for Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes and budgeting activities.
  • Track and report progress against key business goals and initiatives.
  • Assist industry experts in aligning service line offerings to industry-specific talking points.
  • Support marketing campaigns, industry events, and partner/PR/analyst relations activities.
  • Assist with the preparation of collateral, messaging, and event-related tasks.
  • Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across all materials.

Qualifications we seek in you

Minimum Qualifications / Skills

  • Supply Chain master's degree or business degree with Supply Chain minor.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and maintain attention to detail.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multi-workstream business transformations in a consulting or corporate environment.
  • Strong understanding of supply chain value chains and how process design influences key business outcomes.
  • Skilled in structuring and facilitating strategic workshops with stakeholders across business and IT.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and applying structured frameworks to solve business problems.

Preferred Qualifications/ Skills

  • Prior experience in consulting, professional services, or supply chain management.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM/pipeline management tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to support financial planning and reporting.
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders and managing executive-level communications.
