We are looking for a colleague to fill in our open positions as Energy Bid Manager within our Bid Management Department, with the following competencies:

  • Graduate in Energy Engineering, Engineering or Economics with a bachelor's degree (other professional specialisation courses are an advantage);
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience and proven practical experience in energy and bid management;
  • Good knowledge of technical and commercial aspects specific to products and services aimed at the B2B segment (PPA on-site, PPA Off-site, Energy supply, Power Generation Asset Management)
  • Good knowledge of current legislation in the commercial, financial and energy fields;
  • Experienced user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • English language proficiency

  • Knowledge of the Romanian energy market;
  • Experience of working in a constantly changing environment;
  • Ability to analyse and synthesise;

For this position the main task will be as follows:

  • Performs and/or coordinates actions within the bidding phases for products and services in the area of responsibility;
  • Responsible for the preparation of technical and commercial documentation of tenders and/or direct sales process;
  • Responsible for compliance of tenders with the financial indicators set out in the company's annual business plan;
  • Responsible for obtaining internal approvals in the bidding stages for open bids;
  • Develops, implements and provides updates for specific work tools used for the bidding activities;
  • Develops and documents internal processes for bidding, develops working procedures and guidelines for bidding activities;
  • Participates in the pricing decisions of the bidding process;
  • Together with staff involved in sales, contract execution and operations monitors business process and identifies improvements;
  • Periodically analyses the competitiveness of offers and issues proposals for price updates of products and services in the area of responsibility;
  • Proposes improvements to products and services in the area of responsibility, following performance analysis and/or feedback received from customers and/or sales managers;
  • Together with the sales team and the marketing team participates in defining the selling points of the product, including vision, objectives, performance indicators;
  • Participates, where requested, in the development of specific requirements for the specifications required for the procurement of products and services specific to the activity managed;
  • Provides organisational support for actions within the bidding, contracting, implementation, post-sales, post implementation and operations stages for products and services in the area of responsibility;
  • Draws up the documentation required for participation in tenders for products and services in the area of responsibility;
  • Prepares reports on defined performance indicators for products and services in the area of responsibility;
  • Prepares monthly, quarterly, annual and occasional reports in the area of products and services in the area of responsibility;
