Product Management Specialist – High Voltage Products

Product Specialist work focuses on ensuring that products are meeting customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services and/or solutions, planning, developing, and delivering the marketing strategy for products/services and associated brand(s).
How You'll Make An Impact
- Analysis of customer specifications for transmission to factories and preparation of offers to meet customer requirements
- Request for quotations in Hitachi Energy factories
- Negotiation with suppliers/factories (payment terms, delivery terms, prices, guarantees)
- Identifying potential risks in quotes
- Understanding commercial terms and conditions, Incoterms, etc.
- Find technical solutions which are responding to client needs
- Preparation of complete technical and commercial proposals using Hitachi Energy products and services, in an efficient and timely manner, depending on the requests for proposals, as well as tender/specification deadlines
- Use of internal processes for the generation of Bid Proposals, as well as the storage of all technical data and prices generated during the proposal process.
- Support in preparing the analysis of the won/lost orders
- Support in updating marketing and proposal databases, systems to optimize the efficiency of bid preparation processes
- Collaboration with Customer Support to coordinate orders to the factory
You're Background
- University degree in Energy/Power Engineering
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with High Voltage products
- Good knowledge of spoken and written Romanian and English
- Good communication skills and strong team spirit
- Oriented towards delivering high quality services and results
- Self-derived person, structured, with analytical thinking skills
- Seriousness and accountability
