
Customer Experience Specialist

Job Purpose:
- We seek an experienced professional to handle customer orders and deliver end-to-end follow-up to satisfy customer requirements in alignment with our processes and guidelines.
- The successful candidate will work closely with the Key Account Manager and Demand Planners to ensure key account requirements are met, while also working with other Supply Chain departments to cover special requests.
- This role is responsible for maximizing customer satisfaction by driving company and supply chain strategy in all dealings with customers.
- The ideal candidate will contribute to and support the company philosophy by continuously developing communication skills, proactive mindset, and business expertise.
Main Responsibilities:
- Order Entry: Receive and process customer orders, inform the customer on product availability and delivery dates. Offer guidance and support through relevant ordering channels.
- Order Management: Follow-up on orders and business inquiries using order management processes to drive a customer-centric approach through flawless order processing.
- Quality Management: Enter and process customer claims in the Quality Management module. Drive swift resolution of QM notifications and provide timely feedback to customers.
- Delivery Planning: Act as a liaison between customers and logistics execution to ensure orders are shipped according to customer requirements.
- Customer Interface Management: Establish strong business relationships with key accounts and ensure Service Level Agreements are adhered to.
- Maximize Sales and Customer Order Fulfillment: Align sales plans with customer needs and guide them through our product portfolio.
To be Successful:
- You will need 3 years' experience in a customer-facing environment with proactivity and ability to work internationally.
- Experience in automotive or industrial environments is highly valued.
- A Bachelor's Degree is required.
- You should have strong user-level skills in MS Office applications, SAP transactions, and key operational reports in EDW in OTC.
- Ability to work in a team: support goals, take initiative, seek help and feedback.
- Customer interface management: establish strong relationships and collaboration with customers through efficient communication.
- Product knowledge: demonstrate affinity with or established knowledge on main features and qualities of our products.
- Supply Chain: strive for a broader understanding of our end-to-end supply chain strategy.
