Job Description

We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Instructional Designer. As a key member of our learning and development department, you will be responsible for creating engaging and effective learning experiences that meet the needs of our clients.

Your primary focus will be on designing and developing high-quality educational materials, including courses, participant guides, exercises, scenarios, job aids, and assessments. You will work closely with subject matter experts to identify learning gaps and develop solutions that address these needs.

In addition to your design skills, you will also need to have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Fluency in English: Strong written and spoken language skills are essential for this role.
  • Instructional Design Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in instructional design, with a focus on creating complex learning items and developing high-quality educational materials.
  • Multi-Media Skills: Proficiency in using multimedia tools and techniques to design effective learning solutions across various platforms.
  • Storyboard Creation: Strong skills in creating engaging storyboards and reviewing them for accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Creative Approaches: Ability to apply creative approaches to instructional design that address client needs, learner assessments, and organizational objectives.
