We are seeking a Digital Experience Specialist to join our team. This is a hybrid role with 3+2 days of remote work.

This position plays a crucial role in shaping our digital presence by creating innovative and engaging interactive experiences.

You will be responsible for designing, developing, and optimizing interactive website content using AEM platform.

Collaborate closely with our design, marketing, and web teams to deliver exceptional experiences to our audience.

In this role, you will have a significant impact on the company's digital marketing efforts and success.

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Web Designer, UX Specialist, UX Designer, or similar role.
Responsibilities
  • Design interactive website experiences using AEM platform and Ceros application.
  • Create dynamic and engaging demand generation campaign templates leveraging the existing digital marketing stack (Adobe AEM, Adobe Target, Ceros).
  • Explore new possibilities with AEM and propose CMS components enhancements to create innovative and engaging experiences (including animations, transitions, and interactions).
  • Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas.
  • Perform A/B testing, usability testing, and other methods to optimize website performance and user experience.
  • Collaborate with designers and marketing teams to translate creative concepts into engaging interactive experiences.
  • Ensure brand consistency and adherence to design guidelines.
  • Analyze metrics and user feedback to measure the effectiveness of UX designs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
  • Keep up to date with the latest UX trends, techniques, and technologies to ensure the website remains current and competitive.
