Job Title: German Language Customer Service Agent
About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a German Language Customer Service Agent. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Data Entry: Accurately inputting information into our system according to established guidelines and standards.
- Address and Contact Updates: Handling updates to customer or vendor addresses, contact details, and related information.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring data integrity and consistency by conducting regular checks and validations.
- Record Maintenance: Managing records within our master data system, including archiving outdated information and updating records as needed.
- Communication: Collaborating with team members or stakeholders to gather or clarify information related to data entry and updates.
- Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities to streamline data entry processes and improve efficiency.
- Compliance: Adhering to data privacy regulations and company policies regarding data management and security.
Requirements:
- Fluency in German, both written and verbal, is essential.
- Good English skills both written and verbal.
- University Studies.
- Minimum of 6 months of professional work experience.
- Prior experience in data entry or back office operations, particularly within a customer service context, is a plus.
