About the Job:

The Brand Specialist will contribute to the success of the company's brand strategy and plan. The role requires industry knowledge and the ability to translate strategic plans into actionable goals that position the company strongly in the marketplace.

This is a key contributor role, responsible for developing and implementing all brand communications activities, both internally and externally. The Brand Specialist will coordinate efforts with cross-functional teams to achieve business growth objectives across all brands.

The overall goal is to implement brand strategies and activation plans to grow our brands and reach higher levels of market shares. This includes managing brand development and digital projects, contributing to brand projects in alignment with the company's brand strategy and policies, and developing tools and guidelines for brand strategy implementation.

The Brand Specialist will oversee all brand guidelines, policies, and tools, including promotional online stores and DAM (Data Asset Management) platforms. Additionally, this role involves managing budgets and reporting on branding-related activities and campaigns against established goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supports the annual brand planning process and develops a brand marketing calendar with key initiatives to deliver the brand growth strategy.
  • Develops brand strategy playbooks in partnership with cross-functional teams to drive engagement and alignment with market affiliates.
  • Contributes to competitive brand strategy and roadmap creation.
  • Develops and implements long-term customer insight-based brand plans.
  • Monitors brand performance and suggests areas for improvement and strengthening the brands.
  • Develops the company brand architecture and positioning.
  • Develops brands, concepts, and contributes to securing a competitive brand portfolio.
  • SUPPORTS regional brands marketing planning to execute brand strategy in local markets.
  • Developing brand toolkit for local execution.
  • Manages and coordinates all brand promotional activities and communication plans.
  • Supports integration and re-branding activities for acquired companies.
  • Supports product and service business line stakeholders with product hierarchy and naming.
  • Manages and develops merchandise stores and content.
  • Analyzes brand performance for future development.
  • Responsible for brand digital presence development from a central brand perspective.
  • Manages brand guidelines and DAM (Digital Asset Management) platforms.
  • A agency briefing and creative execution.
  • Creative asset production (both offline and online).
  • Create, implement, and improve brand guidelines.
  • Manage trainings in brand guidelines.
  • Support acquisition integration projects, as well as support other transversal projects as a strategic partner (scoping, analyzing, briefing, etc.). Coordinate implementation in collaboration with key stakeholders at Product & Service Business Lines, Regions as needed.
  • Provides support and advise in facility branding
  • Travel < 10 days/year

Requirements:

  • Relevant academic degree within marketing or equivalent.
  • 3+ years working experience Marketing / Branding in B2B companies.
  • Proven track record of branding as well as project management skills.
  • Experience in working with DAM (Data Asset Management Platform) platforms.
  • Experienced user of InDesign
  • Experience managing agency briefs and feedback.
  • Budget management experience
  • Process and guidelines development experience
