Our client, an international e-commerce company with a strong presence in the USA, is seeking a proactive and data-driven Amazon Brand Manager to lead the strategic growth of the brand on Amazon. This full-time remote role combines full ownership of brand positioning, listing optimization, and commercial performance with end-to-end product development and launch.

The brand is committed to creating elevated, practical experiences for pets and their people - and is looking for an Amazon Brand Manager who can help scale that mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategy and execution of the brands presence on Amazon.
- Own and evolve the Amazon brand identity focusing on premium positioning, messaging, and visual storytelling.
- Track and analyze key performance metrics such as revenue, profit, sessions, conversion rate, organic ranking, and TACoS to drive growth.
- Identify and develop new product opportunities in the premium pet grooming category.
- Lead concept development - from ideation and competitor gap analysis to sketch review and keyword-driven validation.
- Plan and execute launch campaigns in coordination with Listing, PPC, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams.
- Manage cross-functional launch checklists including SKU timing, inventory planning, content readiness, PPC setup, and promotional planning.
- Post-launch: monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate on pricing, positioning, and content.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain to manage manufacturing timelines, stock levels, and replenishment.
- Work closely with PPC and Creative teams to build effective sales and launch campaigns - including targeting, imagery, video content, and influencer collaborations.
Requirements:
Mandatory:
- 3+ years of experience in Amazon brand or product management.
- Proven track record of launching premium or high-ticket consumer products.
- In-depth knowledge of Amazon ecosystem: FBA, listing optimization, keyword research tools (Helium 10, Jungle Scout).
- Experience managing the full product development cycle - including design, sourcing, compliance, and go-to-market.
Other Skills:
- Strong project management skills - proficient with tools like ClickUp, Asana, Trello or similar
- Advanced knowledge of Google Sheets and data analysis.
- Familiarity with Amazon tools such as Growth Opportunities, Brand Analytics, and Category Insights.
- Passion for pets and a keen eye for elevated product design.
