We are seeking an experienced Key Accounts and Wholesalers Lead to spearhead our sales initiatives, develop winning business strategies, and lead a dynamic team towards exceptional growth.

  • Lead and manage commercial activities for key pharmacy chains and wholesalers in Romania and Moldova.
  • Develop and implement innovative omnichannel sales strategies that boost top-line growth and market share.
  • Oversee team performance, providing coaching and career development to empower your team members.
  • Lead senior-level strategic meetings, fostering strong partnerships and aligning business objectives.
  • Drive annual and quarterly business planning, forecasting, and tracking to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align on brand strategies and deliver outstanding business results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • University degree in Business or related field; Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in senior commercial roles within multinational companies.
  • Strong strategic agility and ability to translate customer needs into impactful long-term business strategies.
  • Excellent decision-making skills in complex and evolving environments.
  • Outstanding communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in market data analysis and financial acumen to optimize P&L and develop business plans.
