Are you a problem-solver with excellent communication skills? We are looking for a highly skilled Technical Support Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
About the JobThe role of the Technical Support Engineer is to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems; collaborate with customers to understand issues and offer workarounds. You will be responsible for implementing features and fixes as specified by the product team, creating and implementing remote fixes, and collaborating with development teams to integrate fixes into the product.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement features and fixes as specified by the product team.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems.
- Collaborate with customers to understand issues and offer workarounds.

Requirements
- 3+ years of experience with React.
- Good knowledge of web development using Java Script, HTML & CSS.

- Attention to detail is essential for this position.
- Good English communication skills – both written and verbal.
- Stable internet connection and good mic quality is a must.
- Friendly demeanor and ability to deal with customers.
- Must have great problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to think creatively, take ownership, and learn quickly.
