Responsibilities
• Driving customer satisfaction in service delivery to achieve and sustain operational and process excellence • Contract Operations Team & process management to ensure business objectives are met • Monitoring team activities to ensure on time and accurate delivery of results, in line with customer expectations• Delivering high quality services in order to meet/ exceed customer’s expectations.• Identifying best approaches for the day to day operations in order to continuous improving the activity.• Develop and implement strategies to attain optimum results in service delivery and customer satisfaction• Ensure Process meets all compliance standards• Actively participate in strategic business planning sessions• Manage key escalations with the customers that require local interface• Leading and managing multiple teams of individual contributors and people managers to secure daily operational activities are successfully delivered• Driving and owning all the changes in the Contract operations• Maintaining & owning compliance / regulatory checklist for client
Critical skills required:
• Excellent English Communication Skills • Professional qualifications in the fields of: management of change, international relations, order management, supply chain, logistics• People management skills• First-hand experience in Transitions and Operations Management of an Order Management process in BPO/SSC• Knowledge of performance evaluations and managing customer service metrics• Computer skills, MS Office package required.• Project Management Experience• Ability to lead complex and ambiguous projects• Ability to organize and prioritize project activities• Time driven approach with a sense of urgency• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Analytical and process analysis skills• Teamwork focused• PMP Certification (existing or planned – required at the Expert and Master Level)• Advanced level of process management capability• Experience leading cross-organizational/functional project team
