Our client – an international distributor and manufacturer of licensed products is looking for a Sales Representative to join their team in Romania.

They have introduced Blizzard collectible statues to the European market, developed the successful Dark Project gaming hardware brand, and collaborate with leading partners such as McFarlane, Weta Workshop, Bandai, Iron Studios, and Pure Arts.

Job type: Permanent, full-time

Job location: Romania (onsite)

Preferred: Romanian

Responsibilities:


• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.


• Present products, prepare orders, and close sales deals.


• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to expand channels.


• Negotiate with buyers and store managers, gathering requirements for future business.


• Coordinate with management and internal teams to support the full sales cycle.


• Organize and oversee sales activities, including order fulfillment and delivery.


• Assist in preparing and implementing marketing campaigns.


• Represent the company at international trade fairs and conventions.

Requirements:


• Strong knowledge of the gaming and pop culture industry.


• Language skills: Fluent English + Romanian.


• Previous sales experience in gaming, entertainment, or merchandise (preferred).


• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.


• Customer-oriented, proactive, and team-focused.
